The Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University, Jaipur has been established and incorporated under the Act 17 of 2008 passed by Rajasthan State Govt. The Jyoti Vidyapeeth Trust, a Public Trust, having its registered office at Jaipur, is the Sponsoring Body of the University. The Trust was created by execution of a Trust Deed on 14th November, 2003 under provision of the Registration Act 1908 (Central Act No 16 of 1908).
