University Visveswaraya College of Engineering, Bangalore, is an engineering college affiliated to the Bangalore University; it is the 5th Engineering College to be established in the country, established in 1917. The campus spread over 50 acres. University Visveswaraya College of Engineering offers in post graduate in Engineering, Management courses in the field of B.E, M.E, B.Arch and M.Arch. Admission to B.E candidate should have 50% marks in Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). For ME candidates should be pass in Bachelors with minimum 50% marks, admission will be made through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Technology. For B.Arch candidates must pass Class XII with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university and candidates must appear in the NATA/CET Entrance Exam. For M.Arch candidate must pass with 50% aggregate marks in B.Arch. or equivalent from a recognized university, the candidate also appeared in NATA/CET Exam.
