The Indian Law Institute (ILI), Delhi, is a deemed university and socio-legal research institute, founded in 1956. The applicants will be admitted in the Indian Law Institute Delhi Courses through the ILI Common Admission Test. The applicants qualifying in the concerned entrance exam will be called for the GD/ PIs scheduled to be held subsequently after the conduct of the written examination. The National Law University, Delhi offered Laws course in Master’s and Doctoral in the field of LLM and PhD streams. Admission to PhD candidates must hold LL.M. Degree from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks is eligible to apply. The application form complete in all respect along with a brief Research Plan shall be submitted for admission. For LLM, a candidate should have passed the LL.B. or an equivalent degree from a recognized University with not less than 50% marks on aggregate (50% in case of reserved categories, i.e. SC/ST/Persons with Disability). The candidates appearing in senior secondary is also are also eligible to apply, but their admission will be subject to production of proof of having acquired minimum prescribed qualification, at the time of admission. In case, the candidate fails to submit his/her final result of qualifying examination to prove his/her eligibility on or before for any reason whatsoever, his/her admission shall be treated as cancelled and the entire fee forfeited.
