Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology offers in post graduate in Engineering, Management and Doctoral courses in the field of B.E, MCA, MBA, M.Tech AND PhD. Admission to B.E candidate shall have secured a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in three subjects of Physics, Mathematics and any one of the following subjects namely; Chemistry, Biology, Bio-technology, Computer Science, Electronics, and candidate also appear in CET Exam. For MBA candidate must have 3 years Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and admission will be made through CAT/MAT/XAT Exam. For MCA/M.Sc candidate should have Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate in all the years of degree examination. For M.Tech candidate pass in BE / B Tech. in the relevant discipline with not less than 50% marks in aggregate of all the Semesters / Years a cumulative sum of secured marks of all the Semesters / Years divided by the sum of the maximum marks. For PhD admissions for these research programs are done according to the respective rules framed by the university.
