National Institute of Technology (NIT), Delhi, is a public engineering instituted in Delhi, established in 2010 by an act of parliament and has been declared as an Institute of National importance. It aims to provide instructions and research facilities in various disciplines of Engineering, Science and Technology, Management, Social Sciences and Humanities for advance learning and dissemination of knowledge. National Institute of Technology has started Undergraduate, Graduate and Doctoral programme in the fields like Engineering and Research. Admission for B.Tech candidate will be enrolled on the basis of the performance in the Joint Entrance Examination JEE Mains score. For M.Tech candidate must have Bachelors Degree and admission will be made through GATE score and For PhD the candidate needs Master's Degree in appropriate branch of Sciences, Engineering, Management, and Technology or equivalent with a first class equivalent Grade Point.
