Maharishi Arvind Institute of Engineering & Technology (or MAIET) is a self-financed engineering college is located in Mansarovar, Jaipur. MAIET was established in the year 1999, The institute is It is ranked 1st in Rajasthan Technical University, Kota recognized by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University, Kota and for pharmacy courses the institute affiliated to Rajasthan University of Health Science, Jaipur.
The institute is spread over 6 acres of land in the locality of Jaipur. Railway station and bus stand (Sindhi Camp) are in the range of 8–9 km from the college. For B.Tech - Minimum eligibility for admission in B.Tech Courses is 10+2 passed with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidate belonging to reservation category of Rajasthan state) in the subject combination of Physics & Maths as compulsory subject along with one of the Chemistry / Computer Science / Biology / Biotechnology from any recognized board.
For Lateral Entry(B.Tech.-II yr) - Ten percent of the sanctioned intake in each discipline of I year B.Tech. is reserved for admission in II year B.Tech. for Diploma in Engineering (in concerned branch) and B.Sc. with Maths (as a subject) with minimum 45% for General and 40% for ST/SC/OBC. The Centralized Admission Coordination will fill up these seats through counseling, after inviting applications from the eligible candidates through LEEP (Lateral Entry in Engineering & Pharmacy).
For M.Tech - Admissions to the M. Tech course are done directly on the basis of merit. GATE qualified candidate are preferred. As per AICTE norms. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field. Candidate should obtained at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.
For M.B.A. - Admissions to the MBA course is done through counselling done on the basis of rank scored in Common Management Aptitude Test (CMAT) which is conducted annually by AICTE.
For B.Pharm - All admissions shall be made strictly as per guidelines of RUHS and basis of online application form followed with criteria at least 45% marks (40% for candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non creamy layer)/ SBC (non creamy layer) of Rajasthan state) in Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Biology / Mathematics / Biotechnology/ Computer Science in 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination.
For M.Pharm – Candidate should have qualified B.Pharmacy examination (aggregate of 4 years / 3 years for lateral entry admission) with minimum 50% marks from a recognized institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India (45% for candidate belonging to SC / ST / OBC / SBC of Rajasthan state).
