Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Jaipur (formerly known as Food Craft Institute) was established in 1976. The Institute was sponsored by both the Governments of India and Rajasthan.The Institute was then upgraded to the present status on 1st April 1989. At present this is one of the 51 Institutes at the national level imparting Hotel Management and Catering education under the Ministry of Tourism.
