Global Institute of Technology (GIT) is situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan (GIT) is promoted by the Kandoi Group . It was established in 2002 by Global Institute of Technology Society (GITS). Global Institute of Technology, (GIT) enjoys the privilege of being the first private engineering college in North India to be accredited with an A grade by NAAC- UGC. The GIT Offers both under graduate and post graduate level degree programmes . GIT has been accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and graded 'A' in four point scale. It is the youngest and the only private engineering college in North India which has been accredited with 'A' grade. The college is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University The institute has gained the approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE),Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
The mission of the College is to contribute towards development through academic pursuits and be a trendsetter in the field of Technical and Management education. To evolve as a world class Engineering & Management Institute which provides high quality learning environment and develops through value based education system, competent professionals and leaders in the field of Engineering & Management.
At present the college provides PG courses degree in M. Tech along with BE degree in Six Branches – CSE, ECE, EE, IT, ME & EIC

For B.Tech (4 years) - : Students should have passed Class XII from CBSE or equivalent with 45% marks in the aggregate with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and anyone of the following subjects i.e. Chemistry, Computer! Information Science. Biotechnology or Biology.
For M. Tech - : admissions to the M. Tech course are done directly on the basis of merit. GATE qualified candidate are preferred. As per AICTE norms. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the relevant field. Candidate should obtained at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.
