Faculty of Law, Jamia Milia Islamia (JMI), Delhi, is striving to be an institution of excellence in legal education, established in 1989. The college is making its modest appearance in the field of legal education by introducing a 3 year LL.B. programme. In its continuous endeavors in this regard, the Faculty has since introduced a five year integrated B.A., LL.B. (Hons.).The Faculty of Law, Jamia Milia Islamia offered Personal Laws, Corporate Laws and Criminal Laws and Doctoral programme in the field of LLB, LLM and PhD streams. B.A.LL.B. integrated program offered at Jamia Millia Islamia University is a full-time 5-year program. Admission to B.A.LLB candidate must passed the class XII examination in the 10 + 2 scheme or its equivalent in any discipline securing in the aggregate not less than 50% of the total marks in all the core subjects and English Language put together. Admission to the B.A LL.B. (Hons.) first year shall be made on the basis of an All-India Entrance Test. For LLM candidate should have cleared LL.B./Five-Year Integrated LL.B. 50% marks for General/OBC/PWD categories and minimum 50% marks for SC/ST categories, the Entrance Test for the LL.M. course will be based on the LL.B. Course.
