Bombay College of Pharmacy (BCP), Mumbai, is a pioneering institution in Pharmaceutical education in India, founded in 1957. The college mission is to educate and train students in the knowledge and practice of Pharmaceutical Sciences and to contribute to the improvement of the health of the society through educational and research programs. Bombay College of Pharmacy, Mumbai offers Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral programs of study in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Admission to M.Pharma candidates must pass with B.Pharma Programme with not less than 50% marks of any recognized University, or any equivalent institute are eligible to the admission, an Entrance Exam GPAT, and Interview is also conducted for admission. For B.Pharma candidates require Class XII with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology as subjects. One must pass with minimum 50% marks in Pre-University Course with biology/mathematics as one of the subjects or complete a D.Pharma with MHT-Common Entrance Exam (CET). For PhD, a candidate does not require NET if the he is GATE/GPAT qualified. In the other case, the student has to appear for PhD Entrance test (PET) conducted by University of Mumbai.
