Bhupal Nobles’ college of Pharmacy located in Udaipur City of Rajasthan was the first college in Rajasthan to start B.Pharma in the year 1986. Initially D.Pharma was started in the year 1984 and further M.Pharma and Ph.D. in the year 2000.The College offers M.Pharma course in the subjects like Pharmaceutics ,Pharmacology, Pharmaceutial Chemistry, Quality Assurence, Industrial Pharmacy (total seats-66) and Ph.D programme in Pharmaceutics ,Pharmacology, Pharmaceutial Chemistry, Quality Assurence, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical analysis and Pharmacognosy. College is affiliated to Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur .
For Ph.D– Admission to Ph.D. Programme at B. N. College of Pharmacy is through a All India comman entrance test conducted by Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur. The student who wish to seek admission in Ph.D. Programme are advised to visit the University website.
For B.Pharm & D.Pharm– The admission to Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) and Bachelors in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) is through Rajasthan Pre Entrance Test conducted by Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur. However 15% Management quota is available with the Institution.The minimum academic qualification for admission is a pass in the final examination of 10+2 (class 12th) or any other examination recognized equivalent there to by universities in Rajasthan.
For M.Pharm– Minimum requirement for applying for admission to any Branch of M.Pharm is B.Pharm degree from AICTE and PCI recognized Pharmacy College, with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate. Students appearing for their final exam may also apply but such students should prove their eligibility before appearing in the entrance test.GATE qualified students are given preference.
