All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi, established in 1956, is a Medical or Science College in Delhi. The college campus covers an area of around 330 acres. All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi, offers B.Sc, M.Sc, MD and MBBS medical courses. MBBS is four and a half year course, followed by internship of one year. Students passing Intermediate Science/Pre-Medical Course/12 year of 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology will be considered for admission. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination may also apply. For MD and MS candidates who have passed MBBS course recognized by the Medical Council of India and completed one year internship training are eligible to appear in the entrance examination. Those candidates who have already done or doing MD/MS course are not eligible. For admission in B.Sc and M.Sc the student will be direct enrolled to the session.
