Nehru Homeopathic Medical College (NHMC), Delhi, is a government homeopathic institution affiliated with Delhi University, nurtures budding candidates in homoeopathic education, awards degree in Bachelor in Homoeopathic System of Medicine and Surgery after completion of 5 and 1/2 years of training, including compulsory internship, establish in 1963. Nehru Homeopathic Medical College offers homeopathic medical education and health facilities in the field of BHMS and MD. Admission to BHMS is based on merit, Joint Entrance Exam for BHMS along with MBBS and BDS test, also the admission is based on the performance of the candidates in written test which may be followed by personal interview, in Intermediate candidates must have 50% or equivalent level examination with Physics, Chemistry Biology and English. For MD admission will be made through All-India P.G. Entrance Test (H), PGET(H) conducted by University of Delhi in which 50% of total seats in Homoeopathic P.G.Courses per specialist are reserved for candidates who have passed BHMS from University of Delhi (Delhi Quota). Remaining 50% of total seats are open to candidates who have passed BHMS from other universities in India except University of Delhi (All India Quota).
