Rajasthan Mahila Teachers' Training College, Udaipur was established in 1985.At the time of commencement of the college the intake capacity of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) was of 60 students only which has increased to 180 at present and annual intake for Master of Education(M.Ed.) is 35. Allotment of the students is done on the basis of State Merit in the Pre-Test organized by one of the universities of the State assigned by the Government. The college is affiliated to Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur.
Students are offered any two teaching subjects based on their optional subjects at graduation level. However subject at post-graduation level is also considered.
