National Law University (NLUD), Delhi, is a specialized law university and most prestigious law school of India offering courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, established in 2008. Admissions to the undergraduate (UG)& B.A-LL.B. (Hons.) program are conducted through the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET). The National Law University, Delhi offered Laws course in Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral in the field of LLB, LLM and PhD streams. Admission to PhD a candidate must obtained a Master’s Degree in law from any recognized university securing not less than 55% marks or its equivalent (50% in case of SC/ST/ persons with disability) or obtained a degree in law and a Masters Degree with M.Phil in social sciences or humanities of any recognized university with not less than 55% marks or its equivalent. For BA-LLB candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) system or an equivalent examination thereto securing in the aggregate not less than 50% of the total marks. The Candidates appearing in the 12th Standard Examination can also apply. For LLM candidate should have passed the LLB or an equivalent degree from a recognized University with not less than 55% marks on aggregate (50% in case of reserved categories, i.e. SC/ST/Persons with Disability).
