Lachoo Memorial College of Science and Technology in Jodhpur

The Lachoo Memorial College of Science and Technology was established on 21 July 1965 in Jodhpur.The foundation stone was laid by Shri Mohanlal Sukhadia, the then Chief Minister, Rajasthan on 16 April 1966 and Dr V K R V Rao, the then Minister for Education, India inaugurated this new building on 9 August 1969. The College has been serving the state for 47 years and achieved many milestones in different field.The College is included in 2(f) and Section 12(B) in the UGC act and is affiliated to Jai Narain Vyas Univesrity, Jodhpur, Rajasthan Technical University, Kota and Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur for different courses. The College has unique distinction of being first & only College in the Western Rajasthan which has been awarded 'A' grade by NAAC & Selected as ''College with potential for Excellence" by UGC.
