KIIT Entrance Examination 2017 (KIITEE) is the All India Entrance Examination conducted by KIIT University , Bhubneswar. Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) is a well renowned Engineering College in India that offers 4 year B.Tech courses in diverse industrial domains.KIIT yearly conducts an entrance exam known as Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Exam (KIITEE), which serves as a pre-requisite for admission to its (KIIT) engineering courses. KIITEE 2017 Entrance Exam Qualification and Eligibility

For B.Tech (4 Years) & Five Years Dual Degree Programme Course

I. Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination in 2015, 2016 or appearing in 10+2 examination in 2017 are only eligible to apply for B.Tech(4 Years) & Five Years Dual Degree Programme course of the University.
II. Should have studied in regular full time formal education in their schooling/college.
III. Pass in 10 +2 or its equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together.
IV. B.Tech & M.Tech.(Dual Degree) Biotechnology. Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology taken together.
V. Should have born on or after 01.07.1994.

For B.Tech.-Lateral Entry (3 years): Pass in three years diploma course in Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from State Council of Technical Education of any state.

KIITEE 2017 Exam Pattern

  • The KIIT Entrance Exam in of online nature and conducted on a workstations at the exam centers. The exams consists of total 120 questions (40 each from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics), where each question is followed by 4 options. Selecting the correct option fetches your 4 marks whereas selecting the wrong option leads to 1 mark being deducted from your score.
  • The test closes automatically as soon as the allotted time of 180 minutes is over.
  • In case you finish your test before allotted time, you will get a confirmation page which will give you two options. Either to go back to the test or to complete the test, you can select the one as per your choice.
  • In case you want to review the answers in the remaining time you can do so, else you may complete the test and submit. Ensure that you click on submit as a sign of completion.

How to Apply for KIITEE 2017

Application Form and Prospectus will be available online only. It will not be available in hard copy. Candidates have to apply online at http://www.kiitee.ac.in or http://www.kiit.ac.in or you can download it from the website. Candidates should retain photocopies of ‘printed application form’ which may serve as reference for future correspondence.For downloaded application form, the candidates have to fill up all the fields very carefully and send it with the photographs and 10th Pass Certificate / Mark sheet.The print out of online registration form or filled in downloaded application form should be submitted in person / by post (Registered Post / Speed Post / Courier) to “The Director, Admissions, KIIT University, Koel Campus, Bhubaneswar – 751024, Odisha, India”.
